This extension comprised of building a single storey extension on the side of the property and a second storey extension on top of the existing garage. The purpose of the single storey extension was to have a granny annexe and convert the garage into a new living room and kitchen. The second storey extension was built to add 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom to the existing house.
